"This store has given me nothing but a great experience, they are fast and are always helpful when it comes to looking for sneakers or any type of apparel that I may want. I also had to return shoes and the Young Hispanic manager with curly hair was very helpful and even gave me a refund. I’ll be going back soon to do Christmas shopping for my family since this is one of the best places to shop for sneakers. They have a great selection and the service there is great."

"I purchased two sneakers. I waited over 20 minutes to receive my sneakers. When i came it was only me & another customer.. about 6 people came in after me they were all served and left before i got my sneakers. I told the manager what was going on he didn't check what was going on, radio downstairs that was clearly what he has an ear piece for. He was very uninterested with helping me in anyway or being a manager. Young Hispanic guy with curly hair. All the latino customers were getting 10/10 service. Crazy part is i am also latina but i am mixed so i look full black. Terrible service and if they only care to serve Hispanics we don't need this store! I would recommend snipes or the foot lockers up the block. Won't be returning and you shouldn't either. JD downtown Brooklyn is 10/10 with all customers I recommend going to that one instead. I also recommend a new manager position this young man is not fit and sets a bad example the associates are following his TERRIBLE lead."
