When I spoke with Boris (the manager, I assume), he said he would refund me the return shipping and send me a return label in the new size I ordered. He did neither. He does not respond to calls or emails. Unfortunate."

Called to find out where the order was after receiving tracking but saw no movement for a week. Male who answered phone couldn't answer where it was and said women who handled would need to call me back. Call back never happened, package just showed up with wrong item. I'd strongly encourage you to look elsewhere."
