"I tried the monthly membership. I did see the difference with my stamina and body but I only went 2x a week. You have to go at least 3-4 times to really see improvements. The instructor Josie was awesome. Actually all of the instructors were motivating and great. You go at your own pace. I loved the music they played. I had to pause my membership because I had a previous back issue. I will definitely come back it is worth every penny."

"Kickboxing is absolutely my favorite experience of working out, and I HATE doing it usually. The bayside location has amazing instructors who are empowering and kind. This is so important to me, from my first class I felt welcomed. I highly recommend for people who go to the gym and don’t know what work out to do. I love the classes because there’s a structured workout first, then stretch’s, 6 rounds of working the bag and then more workouts. The classes are small and I can tell we are all just there to better ourselves, no judgement anywhere."

"Before starting ILK last year, I did a lot of research and saw the amazing reviews everyone was giving. Of course, I had to check it out myself and I was sold in no time! The ILKB instructors at the Bayside location are truly great! They motivate me to push myself a little bit more each time and have such positive energy. They are awesome! Though the classes kick butt, I always leave pumped and looking forward to my next class. Each class is different and time passes pretty quickly. I definitely would recommend it for anyone who is bored with their normal gym routine and is looking for a fun way to get in shape. You won’t regret it!"

"ILKB Bayside has made such a positive impression on me. I bought the Groupon for classes but then ended up joining after my first class. I usually get bored with the gym and other fitness classes, but ILKB is different. The staff is AMAZING! The instructors are the sweetest people with your best interest at heart. Their workouts are tough and they push you to be in the best shape possible. I noticed that I've been able to do more and more with each class I take so that grueling hour of cardio kickboxing is really worth it. They also always make sure you have the right form when throwing kicks and punches, which I extremely appreciate. For the past year, I've been taking classes consistently with all of the instructors and I love them all--even the most recent additions! They throw themed parties/events all the time and it makes the studio feel more like a community. Aside from the instructors being awesome, the members at Bayside are completely dedicated and fun to be around! I absolutely do not regret joining and I always look forward to class. I highly recommend it to anyone willing to try something new, needing to relieve stress, or just looking to change up their work out routine."
