The space is always clean, which is also a testament to the gym etiquette displayed by the members. The equipment is well maintained and they play great music that keeps you motivated. The free parking is a bonus."

"24/7 newly equipped gym with a clean boxing area. This is a decent size for close to home workout for north white plains folks. Both men and women have been respectful, cleaning after themselves and I haven't had any issues so far and I'm a girl... Oh, the owners are always willing to help out with any concerns. I'd like to recommend this place to anyone like me who's on a student budget thinking about making the switch from planet fitness!!! Free parking is the BEST part."
