- Return Services: Returning an item from online shopping? Drop off your pre-labeled return package at our location. If you need a label, bring the QR code from your retailer, and we'll print it for you.

Guidelines:

- Ensure packages are securely sealed and properly labeled with FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping labels.

- Packages must weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".

- We do not accept dangerous goods or hazardous materials (except UN 3373).

- Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.

- There are no extra fees for using our pickup and drop-off services.

- All packages should be ready to ship upon arrival, as we do not provide shipping or packing materials.
