"I was pointed an attorney Marc Duncinson. He never spoke to me except to try to talk to me to let the person who took me to court have custody of my daughter. He never asked my reasons why I don't want him to have custody. Was very short with me. Was very snooty with me all the time. Found out why 3 months later why. He was friends with the guy that took me to court. Was illegal not to tell me the first time he noticed we had court when he seen him there. He made me feel small and people like that should not be a public defender!!!"

"The biggest most blatant corrupt dog-and-pony show ever. I cannot even pay an attorney to work in Chautauqua County. Every attorney, many, many, all claim "you cannot win in Chautauqua, there is no way to win against CPS." All parties involved are as one "down-there", according to outside law counsel. One attorney referred to Chautauqua court system as running like "the good ole days and boys down in the deep south." Do they suspect corruption? IDK, I can only report what I know. The court appointed children's attorney claims "I am only here to sign where CPS instructs him to (Schnizler). According to law he is there to protect the children, not according to him. He does absolutely nothing except hang around the courthouse and misuse his authority, sign when asked, agree with CPS when asked to, in my opinion. The county attorney (Milliman) asked my attorney, in writing (proof) to deceive me, AND HE DID (Andrew Kehrer of Silver Creek--BEWARE). CPS refused to inform me when they took my granddaughter because, I believe, the Aunt of the recipient of my grandchildren had an existing relationship with CPS worker. I am a dual NYS certified teacher, lived at the same address as my grandchild for the first two years of her life. I have a brain and crossed CPS so vengeance has decided this whole show. In my opinion as well as the second CPS worker's opinion (Deloniak), the one in charge of the whole show (Sarah Bush) absolutely despises the child's mother. Sarah Bush completely misrepresented, Deloniak's words in court. A lie, confused, perjury you decide. How can anyone make an unbiased decision when they both are friends with the Aunt of the girl they gave my grandchild to and also despises the plaintiff? I do not know how far up the ladder the corruption continues. When I asked the attorney if he thought the corruption goes to the top...he simply said, "they sure do things differently in Chautauqua." YOU DECIDE. I moved out of Chautauqua because the governmental corruption is blatant and just accepted in my opinion. GO QUATRONE...help clean it-up."
