"The place looks like it's going out of business with the state of the shelves. The manager must be a parmenant vacation. They don't pick up the phone. The guy who helped me get something from the locked area smelled like he didn't shower in weeks. I'm going to inconveniently travel to the CVS on Tremont to avoid this disaster."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars. The service is horrible. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I wish I could write to their headquarters because they really need to consider retraining staff in dealing with customer service. I icing on the cake is when the pharmacy staff totally stood at the window and ignored my husband and I."

"This Walgreens needs to close and a new competent Pharmacy is required for this area. The lack of service is horrible. The pharmacy lines are always long, the drive thru is never open! The workers are just rude!!! Is it the neighborhood that deserves the lack of respect? People always needs good concise service. I done looking for another pharmacy"

"I truly do not like posting complaints online, however, I am making an exception ... This Walgreens located on Story and Croes Ave, is horrible. Ive been trying to locate the pharmacy department since this past Friday, to obtain Hypertension medication, and I have yet spoken to a live person. How busy is this Walgreens, really? Currently, Ive been waiting to speak to the pharmacy AND a manager ... been waiting for the past 40 mins. Im curious to see if they'll pickup and say they're closing soon, lol. If they do pick up prior to that ... imma say. "we're sorry, my staff is answering other calls and complaints. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly, AHoles, lol". Still holding, 43 mins and counting!"

"What's the point of having a drive thru if they don't have anyone at the drive thru window? You can literally be at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. You're better off going inside, it's probably much faster, but then again, the employees arm to be very laid back, with no sense of urgency..."
