"I really tried to give this place a fair chance even after they messed up and tried to turn it on me but, I really feel so sorry for the doctors that work in this office. Your office staff is ruining your entire practice. Unfortunately due to workers comp , City MD Sent me here. I waited for over a month to get an EMG and even called to make sure I received approval from comp two weeks before. They told me everything was good. I come in only to find out I can’t be seen and I would have to make another appointment. They had billed the wrong insurance. I contacted the office manager and she said that I needed to tell them that it’s workers comp and that I needed to remind them every time I go in. ( I did and it stated it in the paperwork I filled out). No accountability or apology on their part. They were supposed to call me back and they still never have gotten back to me after two more months of waiting around. Didn’t want to switch doctors and explain everything over again and get reexamined but I guess I am left with no choice."

"This place is an atrocity!!!! Wait time was over an hour. I needed two referrals, not medication and they tried to force me to take a physical bc it had been a year. I didn’t have time bc of the LONG wait and didn’t want to anyway. They wouldn’t give me the referral I needed for a gastroenterologist for a bleeding ulcer !!!!! They are criminal to call themselves a healthcare facility."

"Staff is great from the front desk to the lab. Dr. Crow is awesome. Every time I come in he takes the time to explain things to me. He is very knowledgeable about many different issues. The girl who took my blood today was awesome. I didn’t even feel a pinch. Thank you."

"Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with except for the fat blonde. She was rude, impatient, and incapable of giving an answer without an attitude. I've been there 3 times, and each time, she has been nasty to me and my family. She bullies the whole office and makes guests feel uncomfortable. I can clearly tell no one likes this woman and that she is talked about behind her back. To that, I say good. This fat cow deserves it. She has no right to treat people so poorly. You aren't any better than anyone around you, and the fact she doesn't see that makes her a loser. She is not going anywhere in life, and she's never going to be happy. I'm annoyed I even had to deal with her. The next time I go back, I'll take photos of the woman and plaster them all over my post."

"Updated review based on recent visit. I had bad experience with them when they were medical associates. Now under summit, things are better. Front desk was one of the main complaints. But recently I visited them and they are way more attentive, cooperative and patient. Wait time reduced as well, not like one hour waiting as before. At least there are two good doctors there. Very good improvement."
