"Terrible experience. Like many others in the comments, they rush when they see you, attitude when you call and let’s not even mention the waiting time over the phone or they hang up because they cannot answer your questions and then tell you that they are having issues with their phone. For prescriptions and refills they want you to see the doctor and get blood work done every 3 month according to them is to make sure your health is good etc but that’s just to bill your insurance more which many of them question. When you ask to speak with the doctor she is always with a patient and then send other to call and sweet talk you. Definitely changing doctor and location because I there is always an issue when it comes to seeing a doctor, getting prescriptions, and obtaining information and personal record."

"Awesome experience. The staff was prompt and courteous. I didn't have to wait for my appointment, they took me in right away, did lab work and I saw Dr. Frank within 15 minutes. She was friendly and professional. Completed my exam and I was out in 30 minutes total. Great place. Highly recommended!"

"TERRIBLE!!! All they care about is money! Visit with a cold and they’ll give follow up appointments for everything else. Don’t care about you AT ALL. Wait time is about an hour AT LEAST sometimes. On top of that they dropped my insurance and NEVER told me. I have major medical issues and had to cancel all my specialist appointments because I need referrals. WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!"

"Waste of my time, she didn't even give me a diagnosis for my sick visit however she was quick to schedule me for a follow up visit. Definitely feels like they just care about billing for any treatment they can, whether it's even legitimately warranted. When I asked questions she wouldn't answer me, only advised me to talk to another doctor to address them. I've already found a new doctor, will never be returning there again."

"HORRIBLE! This office is the worst. Dr. Frank is absolutely uncaring and clinical with her patients. My cat's veterinarian has a better beside manner. She once made me have an EKG and a full physical while I was sick with the flu before she would even talk to me, let alone treat me. I had a 102 fever and was shaking with chills, so the EKG had to be repeated several times because I was shaking so badly in the paper gown. She is a borderline sociopath. The office practices are very unfriendly to patients. They repeated tried to schedule me with Dr. Frank after I told them many times I did not, under any circumstances, wish to be her patient anymore. They also charge 75 cents per page to release your medical records TO ANOTHER PROVIDER! Just another way to squeeze money out of their patients. Many doctors charge to copy medical records to the patient who wants to keep them for themselves, but not when a patient has moved and needs to change providers because they live in a new state far away. THE WORST. I would give them no stars if I could!"
