"I called Patrick(phone operator), he left his station to help me find help for situation, then when I got to the facility. The team was great, line moved fast, the Dr was amazing. She took her time to educate me, so I made the best decision for myself. Please tell her I am grateful for her help."

"Awful. After sitting in the examine room for 20 mins the doctor decides to walk in. Her whole demeanor was rude. As she tells me the same speech they give everyone it’s viral I asked for a amoxicillin, no I was prescribed cough medicine and ibuprofen. When picking up my medicine I had to run in the cold and wind to find out that the manufacturer is not making the cough medicine from two pharmacies. When I called citymd the receptionist tells me they knew about the problem. So the doctor is sending medication that is not being made anymore and they knew about this. I Asked to speak to the doctor she refused to get on the phone now it’s 750 at night and the place closes at 8. She’s letting the receptionist give me medical advice on what to take. When I asked questions back the receptionist answer's are “umm Idk that sounds right” absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Refusing to give me amoxicillin and sending me cough medicine that isn’t being made anymore . Her doctor skills are less than her personality skills. People if you go there I would stay away from doctor Dr. Schuster. The most disgusting and unprofessional doctor I met."

"If your sick go here ! This location in general is amazing from the front desk to the back ! I was seen at 2 other urgent cares and a specialist in one weeks time with 0 explanation as to what was wrong . Finally came here and I saw Dr. Schuster and her assistant kailey my daughter was sick as well and she saw both of us together making it so much less stressful! Kailey was excellent and made jokes which made my daughter very comfortable while my condition was a little more serious and DR . Schuster had made me a priority I wasn’t just a number like every other urgent care ! She had many patients this day too that were sick it did not stop her from taking every complaint very seriously she even went and did a chest x ray , I am a long time smoker I have not smoked a cigarette since I left her office 2 days ago and I intend to never touch one again I can’t thank this office enough for the amount of time taken and making us feel comfortable and took pride in being in the health care field !!!!! Amazing office I would recommend this office to anyone I know ! Thank you all so much for helping myself and my daughter at the same time and being amazing at what you do - a forever grateful patient!"
