"I hadn't had car insurance in NY for about 10 years, but they found me a company for about $150/month (32 yr. old male). I go and pay in person every month to avoid the "convenience fee" they charge for online payments, but bring cash if you can to avoid the 3% for using a card. Anybody working there is a huge help whenever I need something."

"Got a quote online and called for the gentle who does the quotes to “submit the application” and was told he’d call me back. One week went by and I called again and he was in a meeting and would call me back after, which he did and said he’d submit my application and hopefully get back to me that night or the following day. It’s been over a month and never heard anything again, I was always chasing after these people to try and get insurance. Do not recommend"

"Had for over a year was told i could get a better quote since i moved further out east, told everyone i felt like i won the lottery saving money each month since im young and just got my own apartment it would help. Nope, not even a month later i owe almost $300 and i gotta wait til the guy who had me switch policys to save come in at 12. Wow that must be nice come to work at 12 when they open at 9? Bit frustrated no good communication they just laughed at me. Will definitely be fighting this."
