"I haven’t even been here yet and I am already having problems with this place. They are rude to their black patient. I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment, the first time I called they said let me see put me on hold then came back asked me my name was put on hold for 8 minutes, the second time I was hung up on the third time it took two ppl to tell me that they couldn’t give me an earlier appointment. What type of customer service is this. Why be in the healthcare field if you don’t care about ppl well being. I will be writing an update about my visit."
