"I found Gregory to be very professional upon first impression. However, my mother went to his office on a recommendation of another PT, who spoke very highly of Gregory Trakhtenberg. The first time we had eval and my mom had therapy w Greg it was great. But when we came for the second appointment(he wasn’t there that day), some young lady (who was very sweet btw) did so much damage to my mom’s back that her back was black and blue and swollen for the next 10 days. When this was addressed w Gregory, he took absolutely no accountability and expressed absolutely no empathy. It was honestly very upsetting how dismissive he was of this lady’s unprofessionalism and kept insisting this was normal. Well…. It was not as per the surgeon and the surgeon told us NOT TO GO BACK to that PT office as they absolutely have zero knowledge about spinal surgeries. On a happier note the PT who took care of me was great and really did help me. I think it was Nathan. So go to Trakhtenberg only if you’re healthy!!!!!"
