"It's organized very bad, you have to wait hours, till you will see the doctor. Today I was waiting 2 hours, and before me was only one person. The staff is rude, unprofessional, they don't care . on front desk a lady Klava was not sitting on the place, very rude and mean a nurse Svetlana, who works with doctor Sharafatkhah. She invites to the doctor client,who bribes her, a doctor is a good specialist, but he is under manipulation of the nurse. Today I left without seeing a doctor it's a shame to waist time in the office. I will contact Department of health . We are old people , using walkers, wheel cheers, we depend on transportation. I want to talk to the manager, the discipline has to be organized.. The staff spend the time having lunches, all together, and the old sick people has to wait hours. This is America's stile? ,"
