"Dr Badalov is amazing doctor no questions, But his customer service is terrible the worst in my experience! First of all they never call you back for following up appointment. Second is i schedule my 2-3 weeks ago i asked several time that i wanna make IT BY PHONE , they said ok no problem at the day of appointment im called to confirm when I should receive call , but they are saying me that my appointment in person and they can’t do it by phone and as a F***** courtesy solutions they are offering me a another appointment in two weeks . Never believe to this people"
