"I called on Friday for an emergency appointment. The receptionist told me that the earliest they can take a new patient is the following day at 12. I called the following day to confirm and was told that I couldent have had the apt at 12 because the doctor leaves at 12. I explained the urgency of my situation but it did not matter. A few min after I got of the phone with the receptionist she called back and apologized stating that I did in fact had the appointment at 12 but the doctor left so I can get the next appointment which is 2 days later. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a health care provider. Places that make frivolous appointments and don’t honor what they committed to should be shut down. I’m sure that I’m not the only person to have had this experience in this office. So before you make a appointment understand that it may not actually happen."
