"This office has the most disrespectful front desk staff who are rude, inefficient and unexperienced staff when it comes to patient’s information such as DOB and referrals. I took off work to visit a referred doctor only to find out my referrals was never done and it was a total waste of my time. Dr Lippoff is one the most experienced and well educated medical doctors, very nice doctor but his staff Sucks"

"I will never go back to this office. The doctor is very nice and good doctor. I've seen him 2-3 times but the staff is the worst ever. I called to make an appointment to see the doctor and the only choice is to leave a message for them to call you back. They called back 2 days later. How unprofessional. When you get there, they act as if they're doing you a favor by checking you in, that is, if they even turn around and acknowledge your presence from behind their plexiglass fortress. The office itself is old and dirty reminiscent of a 1980s ghetto check cashing place. Horrible."

"I left along time ago place sucks. Just as if your in the ER the WAIT. Both Lippoff & peluso are Horrible . one's worst than the other. In the beginning I seen Lippoff took me 3x Very disrespectful then started seeing peluso he would never listen Would only write prescriptions. my new dr only gives prescription if absolutely needed not in it for the money as bklyn family medicine is"

"The wait time is completely unacceptable. Came in today with an appointment. 2.5 Hours and still waiting... The front desk keeps telling me I'm next, but they keep skipping people. They call all the people they know first and everyone else is left waiting.... I know it's not the front desk girls fault. She herself said. I don't know what is going on. I checked you in. You should be next, but I do not know what they are doing there. Definitely will not come back after today's visit. My wife and I both changed our doctor. Edit: It's been over 3 hours now. Multiple People came in and they all went in before be as well once again even after being told multiple times I'm next."
