"Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Inconsistent. I don't understand how they are an agency that specializes in senior care when the well being of their clientele seems to be of least priority. Communication between families is nonexistent and there seems to be a lack of respect for people's time and schedules. My family recently signed up with this place and the turn over with aides within 3 weeks has been absurd! There were several times aides/attendings didn't show up, and there wasn't any follow up, we didn't receive a call from the agency, and/or they didn't return our calls until days after. This is the WORST center/agency and they need a complete make over mgmt wise and employees need a LOAD of training."
"If you want an agency that cares, definitely go to signature care, I was referred by a friend to apply for HHA job, I was helped every step of the way, this girl Penina was intouch with me every day making sure everything was okay, sweetest girl ,she even gave me a ride to the agency because I was lost and didn't know how to get there,it was boiling hot to walk for 20 minutes,I never even met her in person before,talk about service"
"Very frustrating dealing with this company. My wife is a certified caregiver and was looking for another agency to sign up with to get more cases for work. My wife called them and kept getting put on hold and transferred between different people for 10 minutes, only to finally get a voicemail. I then tried to call them and was more assertive with them, explaining that my wife just wasted 10 minutes and ended up getting a voicemail. At first I thought they'd answer the simple question of whether or not my wife could stop by for an interview, and sadly they did the same thing to me, kept putting me on hold 3 or 4 times, transferred me over 2 times, and in the end I got a voicemail. My wife wasted 10 minutes, and then I wasted 10 minutes. This is the first time this has happened to me, as I've called other agencies before and we'd get a straight answer right there and then, no being put on hold, no transfers, no voicemails. I don't know how efficient the company is as far as actual caregiving, but their customer service is frustrating to deal with."
"Worst home Care Agency Ever!!!! My dad was a client and they failed to communicate with me regarding my father services ever single time. If you do not call them you will not know what’s going on with the services or if there are any changes being made. The supervisor Bianca is very rude and dismissive and does not have control of her staff. I called Bianca last week regarding my father’s services and had to change vendors after her response was less than desirable. She sounded very annoyed that I was asking her about my father’s services. She told me she didn’t speak Spanish and thus was not sure what was happening with my father’s case. I speak complete English, write and read as well. She also told me that the Coordiantor that had my father’s case was out and she knew nothing. I then asked her if there was a covering coordinator and she was annoyed and dismissive. She was very rude and caused me to change vendors. I spoke to Bianca many times about the lack of communication of her and her staff. This was never addressed."
"These workers are the worst they lies to cover their lazy aides and to cover up the work the work that they should have done and did not do. You call to make to make a compliant and they make you feel that you've done something wrong. The aides don't want to show up for work and when they do all they want to do id sit in a chair on the phone, but write on paperwork that the cleaned shopping cooking and did nothing. Carla is a nasty person with an attitude. She will leave you or your love ones with no aide to cover you when your regular aide calls out, you won't even get a call from her letting you know the aide isn't coming in. They never want to let you speak to a supervisor or the director they send you to another coordinator."
