"The staff at the reception is very obnoxious and rude. They don’t try to accommodate anyone’s wishes and will make you run in circles trying to get blood work or medicines. It is either their way or no way and that’s highly unprofessional. The doctor won’t even give you medication refills til you make an appointment to see him which is absurd because I live in Staten Island. All the girls that work behind the desk are nasty and inconsiderate."

"Ladies in the front think it’s a salon. Just gossip , does no work, not try to be helpful. Always shows they are busy. Dr Hassan doesn’t seem to take patients serious, told him I have trouble breathing , doesn’t even use stethoscope to check my lungs. Orders blood test which will take days to come back, when I’m in need of some solution now.. . Dr Anwar and his wife are good but rest is waste of time."

"Even 1 star is far too high of a rating for this practice. My family and I have been long time patients of this practice but the front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. The only competent employee at the front desk is Sumaira but on the days that she’s not there it’s chaotic. The new girl has no idea what she’s doing or how to engage with patients. She’s incredibly rude and doesn’t assist the patient which is the opposite of the most basic of job requirements. She doesn’t know how to print, scan, or assist with insurance issues and will tell you to do it yourself. Also, for someone working in a public setting and being the face of the office, her body odor is atrocious and encapsulates the front desk area. Basic hygiene isn’t a thing in this office apparently. The man who “confirms appointments” will call you 20x and keep leaving voicemails for 1 appointment. Even after confirming with him he keeps harassing patients. I have never come across a more incompetent office with such disgusting employee behavior. Steer clear of this place. Any other office would be better than this and pace."
