"This office is extremely disorganized. They set up my surgery date without even notifying me in advance. Then they called me out of the blue to tell me that my procedure was on for tomorrow and as a result I had absolutely no time to do the required blood work. I had no choice, but to call their office and reschedule my surgery. They told me they would call me back with a new date.. but never did. I wasted a lot of time waiting for this doctor to come through, but all for nothing. I had to do my surgery some place else. Just a very weird experience.. No other medical office treated me this way before. I'm never going back to see Dr. Rau again. Very unprofessional"
