"I have been with Valhalla for some time already. I like how fast is the response of the medical team. If I have any questions I just text and they respond fast. However the medication orders are processed very slow. I sometimes have to order 2 weeks in advance. While this has been slowly improving, the communications with the shipping team were not great. I usually get messages with updates but it has been twice already when the last message I get is: your prescription has been processed and you will be notified of shipping and routine number. And then nothing. I don’t get shipping notification, don’t get the routing info and sometimes medicine arrives and stays several days in the delivery room of the building because I was not notified that the medicine was shipped to begin with. Adding that to the order delay I hope Valhalla fixes the logistics around this. As for medicine it has been very effective."
