"Literally the first time I called to ask questions about the service you provide and you just HUNG UP on me. A little suggestion, get rid of your phone if you're not willing to answer questions. People don't just pick up the phone and call you to joke around, they have actual needs and you as a professional service provider shouldn't judge who deserve your help based on some employees's temper. No matter how hard the situation is for you, you should never ignore people that need help, that's how you live as a human being. No one should be fear of whether I upset your employee or not just to get information about your service. Situations won't change for you if you don't make the change yourself. Thankfully there are other professional laboratories in the area that we can go to, and please continue to treat people like this and you'll no doubt all succeed in your lives lol."

"I was there at 10:30am, office was not open but someone was in the office. On website it states no appointment needed and business is open at 10am. Knocked and ask about the testing, told me to "Go away". Get covid tested somewhere else, don't waste your time here."
