I started going two weeks post-op to get my foot moving again, and over the course of eight weeks transformed from gingerly walking with a cane and a surgical boot and physically cringing at having someone come close to touching near the scar site, all the way to walking miles and miles each day in a regular sneaker, 100% pain free. Liv and Grace helped me strengthen my foot and leg and taught me exercises to help with balance that might stave off future injury.
