"I recently had the worst experience at Advantage on Nevis. My visit started off well with Lucy at the front desk, who was ok and definitely deserves However, things took a drastic turn when I was asked by the physician's assistant to sign a document. At the time, I was already undressed and did not have my glasses with me, so I felt uncomfortable signing something I couldn't properly read. When I expressed my concerns, the physician's assistant brought in a gentleman who did not identify himself and made an unprofessional comment about never hearing such a request before. This remark was upsetting and made me feel disrespected. “This is the first time@ I’ve heard of such a request,” he said. As a result, I decided to leave the facility without receiving the care I needed. It's disappointing that a single insensitive comment ruined my experience. I believe that medical professionals at this facility could benefit from sensitivity training to better handle such situations. I recommend RN Remesh to provide this sensitive training, as her approach could help improve interactions with patients. She is excellent I would give 5 star rating learn from her Such comments should not be made directly in front of a patient; they reflect a blatant lack of respect that is entirely unnecessary."

"Well for onence..seeing. the pcp.. it never .happeneds.. I guess. She doesn't want to be bother...I guess being Goin. Whit sciatica pain. For over 3.months.and.is if I don't have a .dr..so yes .is not help. Wast so. .ever ."

"DR NASIR is rude and speaks over you any chance that he gets. And he’s rough. The receptionist with the loud mouth and braids is just like him rude as hell and unprofessional. won’t be taking my daughter there anymore .The obgyn Dr Phoung Ho is rude as hell too. She was no help at all when I asked for other recommended hospitals to give birth to my child or other obgyn that deliver babies. She told me to do my own research. This whole place has to go. 10000000% wouldn’t recommend this site, not even to my worst enemy. If you hate your job just quit but don’t take it out on the people you’re trying to service. You have to wait a week just to get form signed. It’s ridiculous"

"Something goes on in this place Doctors never last. You get familiar with a Dr. Then they are gone. Front desk need training . I have been all over the building and best office is the eye Dr. The guy in the front polite and greets you upon entering."

"The place is a joke. Went in for 2 appointments (PCP & OBGNY) and both were over 30 minutes late. They ask you to arrive 15 min early so I wanted nearly an hour to be seen. Only street parking so had to go add time to my meter which was annoying. It was my first time seeing my doctor since I moved and my insurance covers an annual check up visit. But since it was my first time, billing coded it as a "medical necessity". So I pay $150+ per month for insurance and had to pay another $135 out of pocket for the only doctor's visit in a year that should have been covered; neat. When I called billing to dispute the coding, they refused per the doctor's notes. Changing my primary care to another physician & medical office so I never have to deal with them again."
