"FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. Front desk is extremely rude, you have to fight them to get anything done. Every time I have an insurance thing to coordinate they're extremely unhelpful and it's a battle. They will also be randomly closed during their office hours with no explanation. If I could rate this office zero stars I would."

"Worst doctor I’ve ever had. Terrible wait times. 2 times the doctor forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy then it was a fiasco when I requested that they be sent out. Went in for a physical exam once and he said “Anything wrong?” and I said “No” then he said “You’re good to go.” Yep, had to pay a copay too for a 30 second appointment."

"Dr. Patel has been my PCP for literally over 30 years and today I finally had enough and changed Doctors. His front desk staff are Rude and Incompetent, its astounding that he still has patients. Today alone I was on hold for over 20 minutes only to have the young lady blatantly hang up on me, i then called back and spoke to someone else who was even more clueless than the first person I spoke to. I asked to have the MD call me when he was free and the assistant literally replied ‘No’. I called my insurance company ASAP."
