"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes from Long Island my appt was at 8:40am i got to the office at 9:05 and the dr refused to see me and if i wanted to see him i eould hace to wait over and hour to see where and how he could fit me in. Mind you if i am on time than i still have to wait but if im late than they penalize me for it. They didnt even have empathy just by looking where i coming from and the drive i had to take. Managet is very rude. DO NOT COME HERE ever. Just getting here is hard, parking is hard i had to pay parking garage. I have never ever bern treated this way at an office EVER"

"I went to see Dr Neil Prufer for the first time a month ago for my history of hearing loss and increase ringing in the ears. He recommended me to have an MRI to the ears and brain. I was told I would get a call for the radiologist. I called the radiologist and was told they didn't receive the doctors orders. I called every week and was told someone will call me. It's a month now I take it that they are not able to help me. Two stars because the doctor and staff were nice."

"Dr. Prufer is an excellent physician. He is very knowledgeable and instantly diagnosed a problem I had been struggling to figure out for several months! He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, including the particulars of my procedure and what he saw upon examination, and made sure that I understood everything clearly. He thoroughly guided me through my endoscopy with a lot of information, which I really appreciated. He also took great care in describing his diagnosis and the medications he prescribed -- I asked a LOT of questions, and he very patiently and informatively answered all of them! He is very friendly and truly cares about his patients. My appointment also began perfectly on time, and I did not feel at all rushed by him as I have by some other doctors in the past. I was very comfortable during the examination and had no pain at all, not even during the endoscopy. In addition, the office is very clean and his staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Prufer!"

"Dr. Prufer is patient and thorough. My son's surgery has been postponed a few times and he has only cared for the benefit of my child. He explained everything with care and makes sure you have all the needed information. Will post more post-op but so far no complaints and would definitely recommend!"
