"I’ve had suspicion that I have anterior pelvic tilt for a while, so it’s good to see a good PT for advice . Dr. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient . She thoroughly checked my movement range and muscle strength , and concluded that I don’t actually have the pelvic tilt but the weak core muscles and long sitting contributing to my lower back pain . She taught me four exercises to do to strengthen and stretch . And she is very good with explaining the cause behind pain and movement limitations. The office is spacious and clean . Overall a satisfying visit . I will come back if I need more help ."
