"Had a serious issue with constant sinus headaches and migraines, was recommended to go to this office to see if they could help. I was able to work with Dr. Jan Youssef, who was incredibly knowledgable, professional, and kind. After providing me with a CT Scan with their in-office facilities, Dr. Youssef was able to conclude that I had a deviated septum which was contributing to my discomfort. We made the decision to operate, and due to my own hectic schedule, I was forced to reschedule the appointment at the last second. Dr. Youssef's team was able to accommodate that request, making the experience relatively stress free. The surgery itself was quick and done well, the Harrison surgical center where they operate was very clean and well staffed (the staff was incredibly kind). The recovery after the surgery was more than I realized, and that first day of recovery was pretty brutal. I wish that Dr. Youssef and his team had informed me more thoroughly about the potential after effects of the surgery. I'm someone who struggles with migraines (something I had consulted Dr. Youssef about) and if they had given me any warning about the very intense migraines I experienced, maybe I could have been more prepared for it, instead of being panicked by the pain, unsure if something had gone wrong. That said, my worst day was the first day after surgery. The recovery after that was very easy and almost completely pain free. Every other instance where I had a question, or was uncertain, the office was incredibly helpful (although I did have difficulty calling the office. I'd recommend just calling the front desk, because there's always someone there). Dr. Youssef really has helped me, I just think they might need more comprehensive discussion about surgical recovery for an operation like this. Thanks for all your help Dr. Jan!!"
