"Could make an appt the night before. Staff at the front desk, nurse, and PA were all very kind. Nurse offered me water when I coughed and I hadn’t even thought to ask her for any! All in all got to see the PA and got prescriptions to help me feel better in under an hour."

"I have lived in the US for 25+ years and have been to urgent cares in Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Chicago, and other cities including two in NJ. This is THE BEST urgent care. Period. No waiting time, clean, professional. My first treatment here was in September 2023 when I had flu and a follow-up this month (October 2023) for a lingering cough. Here's the contrast between this urgent care and another one in NJ-- In September 2023, I had 102.5 fever. It was a Saturday. I first went to another urgent care in downtown Bloomfield, NJ. We arrived at 8am when the other one opened. The front desk workers there were chatting past 8am. Well after 8am they were still checking if they accepted my insurance (BCBS of NJ). There was no urgency there, the workers were happy chatting while the ONLY patient there with 102.5 fever was waiting. I had to go up to the counter and ask if they had the info and the response was, "No! we'll let you know when we get it!" And the back to chatting. Luckily, BCBS app gave me the information that NJ Doctors in Nutley accepted my insurance. THAT saved my life! Maybe I should've checked before going, but with 102.5 fever and sleepless night, I was not thinking straight. At NJ Doctors Urgent Care in Nutley, there was no waiting. In 15 minutes they checked me in, doctor gave me a check-up, collected my blood sample, and called in my medication to my pharmacy. The next day (Sunday) the doctor called me and informed me of flu and ordered new medications. This place is professional, efficient, courteous, and has empathy. I am NEVER going to ANY urgent care OTHER THAN NJ Doctors in Nutley. A month later, I went there again for my lingering cough, and the same story. Professional, no waiting, in and out in 15/20 minutes after checkup. This is the BEST urgent care in 25 years of my experience across 5 states in the country. Hope others will have a similar positive experiences at this Urgent Care if, and when, they need it."

"Had a poor experience here recently. The ease of making the appointment, appointment availability and facilities were good otherwise. One of the medical assistants was unprofessional when understanding/treating my situation. I did not know that I was due for blood work as I came in with a list of random symptoms and was not aware that urgent care did blood work. She was frustrated when trying to find my veins, scoffing and telling me of another patient that recently had the same issue. I was taken aback by the complaints and attitude for something that was not my fault. I informed her that she could try my hand, and she couldn’t secure my vein. She called in the receptionist, who was also trained in phlebotomy, to draw blood from another vein in my hand. She was afraid to “blow” the vein and was standing alongside the other medical assistant when that ended up happening. It seemed like she didn’t want to be responsible and handed it off to someone else. If there was any question that this would occur, 1) why would there be an attempt and 2) why would the medical assistant say this as the other one was drawing blood? My hand was swollen and bruised for days, I will not be back. Please find people who have etiquette and appropriate bedside manner for patients."

"Doctors are nice and service is fast but some of the medical assistants there don’t seem to really care about their patients. Last time I was there the girl came into the room, and didn’t even say hello, made no eye contact, talked in a very monotone voice and had an attitude as if she didn’t even want to be there. This isn’t my first time experiencing that either, I wanted to give them another chance since they had just reopened and were under new management but after that experience the other day I’m going elsewhere"
