"My wife got and appointment and when she went there on time they say that the doctor apologized for not coming. She made another appointment for the next week, and again she went on time and they told her in the front desk that there is no appointment under her name. She asked the lady to make her another appointment, and she told her to come next week. My wife went again on time and the lady on the front desk told her that she came on the wrong date and she need to come again after one more week. So my wife went there three times and she did finish what she went for. First and last experience not more. If you want to make an appointment please ask them to send you and email with the appointment or let them give you the date written as an evidence, don’t ever take an appointment verbal from them."

"I had to get an MRI done ASAP and I was able to get it the same day! Lady at the desk was very polite and gave me the paperwork to fill. The gentlemen taking the MRI was very nice and polite. He started a conversation which made me feel comfortable with this being my first experience with MRI. He explained what to expect during the process and I had no issues whatsoever. Thank you for the great and timely service. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with me in the future, but if needed, I know who to call."

"My experience at NJRC was great. The staff was able to squeeze me in same day for my MRI and I had no wait when I went for my appointment. The front desk was so helpful and polite. The MRI tech was great I was very nervous but he made me feel calm during my test. I highly recommend this facility."

"If your looking for an imaging place, look no further! North Jersey Radiology Center is, hands down, the best imaging center I’ve been too! Not only is the office clean, neat and inviting, but the staff (and supervisor) are so courteous, diligent and willing to go above and beyond to help you with any concerns, problems or issues you may have! As an added bonus, their pricing is far more affordable than if you were to go to a traditional hospital! I recently had to have two MRI’s done on my back and, I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous at first, but their radiologist is so friendly and kind that my nerves instantly disappeared because I felt like I was truly being looked after and cared for as an individual, and not just another “patient!” Please, if you need any kind of imaging done, I implore you to look into North Jersey Radiology Center! You will not be disappointed!!!"

"My Doctor sent me here for a MRI. Once the Paperwork was faxed over I called to confirm. Due to it being an urgent matter the wonderful young lady at the front desk was able to squeeze me in the next day. Also they had my MRI report completed in a few days just in time for my next Doctor's appointment. The technician was very friendly and sufficient. Parking is available in the back of the building if needed."
