"They made me drink two large bottles of contrast for my 8am appointment. I woke up super early to come in only for them to cancel and tell me to go some where else all the way across town. Avoid this place. Complete waste of time. I better not have this billed to my insurance."

"The day befor my scheduled CT scan they call to tell me they did not recieve Authorizatin yet and it was my respodibility to obtain one! Since when is it on the patient to get authorization or start the facilitation of an authorization!!...the appointmentvwas nade 3 werks ago and they call me the day before to tell me this ...Never have I had to go thru this ...someone dropped the ball. I think it was both University Radiology for not telling me I had to get the Drs office to get that authorizatin code AND the drs office for sending the prescription and not following up with a pre authorization !!! Just disgusted!!!"
