"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pastina for years now and I had highly recommended him to my friends and colleagues but he has new staff members in the office that are rude and lazy. They would lie to you just so they don’t have to do their job. I was disrespected over a message request I sent earlier today by one of his nurses. She even went to extend to tell me that if I wanted the medication I should pay it out of pocket. That is no way to treat a patient, after all, not only I am in need of my medication but I am a client, not a charity case so they treat me as they see fit. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care"

"Shocked at the way I was treated by the receptionist and the nurse in this office. I called to fill a prescription and was greeted with a hostile receptionist. The office didn't want to fill the prescription. I was asking them questions regarding this issue and they took exception to it. This girl was so nasty (i was in shock) So, I asked to speak to a nurse and this women got on the phone with a vile hate-filled rant. Instead of talking and explaining in a professional manner this women Brianna proceed to scream at me. This women hates her job. She should not be allowed to work with people. The culture in this office is bad. The staff needs training. Stay away from this office they are not professional. A bunch of nasty women."

"Although I have never met Dr Pastena I did have the pleasure to work with both of his PA’s Kirsten and Rimple. I can not say enough wonderful things on these 2 ladies. Kirsten and Rimple are both kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable PA’s. The office staff is great. Every time I phone in the office staff is always warm and friendly. I plan on using them for my sons who have a rare medical issue. I am very lucky to have this staff as my medical care givers"

"I’ve been searching for a pcp since 2017 and today I finally found one! Today was my first visit with Dr. Pastena and I can’t tell you how happy I was with my visit. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, asked a tons of questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient. As of today he will be my family physician. His staff was professional and courteous and I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Overall, it was an excellent first visit!!"
