"Today was our first visit to the doctor and he was great, but we waited two hours before we were seen. We were scheduled for 4 pm because that is the latest they see new patients and when i asked the lady at the front desk when we will be seen at 5:50, she said we were supposed to sign in and that she was working on the chart. Just so you know, when we came in, there was no sign in sheet up front and I got up several times for other questions, but was never told to sign in. This was the longest wait ever."
