"i've been with this company since 2019 and after this year i plan on leaving. The new employees they have here seem like they do no know what they are doing. Every time i contact them I have to call multiple times and in most cases take off work or leave early so i can go in person. I should have been left them along time ago i tried to this year but since its a third party insurance, it was certain information that i did not have that prevented me from doing so. i don not recommend at all"

"Very Sketchy operation here. Tried to find out form them if one of their insured had coverage and couldn't answer the question. Whoever answers the phone is completely clueless, and an utterly useless waste of space. If you need timely service this is not the company you want to use. I would avoid using these losers at all costs. I wasn't looking for any personal information, just needed to know if they had active reefer breakdown coverage. nothing i can do with that."
