"After I paid for the service requested, immigration full application including bloodwork and physical, I received a past due bill from the lab. I was told when I called to make the appointment that only vaccines are additional if required. I called the lab and they told me that the Drs office directed them to do so. Also they scheduled me for a virtual visit without asking me which was in 15 min from the time I received the text. I don’t recommend this office as the communication is bad, they don’t always answer the phone. Their printer doesn’t print properly and when I asked if this would be an issue to the immigration they said they always did it like this and it shouldn’t be an issue. Additionally my wife fainted during the blood work and they had nothing for her and I had to run across the street to get her a juice. Very unprofessional Dr. and staff."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Elkholy for several years… The doctor is a very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, direct, calm, compassionate... . The office is very clean; the wait time is very reasonable (I’m usually in and out the office about 30-55m.) The front desk and nurses are kind. As a loving mom of three I care about my health and I feel safe to say I trust Dr.Elkholy with my life."

"Today was the first time I have been to a doctor in a long time.....due to my addiction..taking the time to take care of myself was not my first priority....but I am newly sober and hurt my shoulder at work...instead of self medicating I used my insurance and went to Dr. Elkholy..I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was the staff was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I'm so happy I went and feel great that I found a doctor that has a great bed side manner and a staff to match."

"If it was possible to give negative stars I would. This office has no clue what they are doing I've been there since June they haven't even put a request in for my old medical history. They called in October to schedule an annual. I called to find out when I was going to get my cat scan they told me to call the imagining center and while I was on the phone with the imaging center they sent over a fax that was requested a week earlier. They started giving me my mother information instead mine violating HIPPA. They make you wait even when the office is empty so the doctor can eat her lunch and take a phone call. Every health issue I reported I was told was due to my weight. She basically shouted at my mother. There is no professionalism in this office. They should be shut down. They must only care about the money."
