"I have no insurance. She said she will give me discount in the next annual appointment. One year later, I secluded an appointment literally couple of days after the annual appt and I was really in pain , but she charged me the full price and she refused to give me the discount. I hope she will read my review. It seems that she only pays attention for the lucrative part of her profession, and she forgot about the ethical part. You never know one day you may find yourself in a similar situation."

"I love Dr kazmouz. I've been going there for almost two years. I thought I had a gastroenterologist problem or a digestive problem and she kept telling me that she thought it was behavioral. She felt that I stressed and worried about things that have nothing to do with me. As time went on she saw that I was getting more active doing more things not as stressed and not as angry and not as aggravated by things I cant control, and lost weight and my stomach problem seemed to subside quite a bit. She never rushes me out of the office, she is always there for me too talk to her. I feel she's not just a family medical doctor, Dr. Kazmouz is so many things, she can be a therapist in a way, she has so many great attributes. Although I did change my insurance because my last Insurance she stopped accepting and this insurance is not the greatest when it comes to filling prescriptions.. I will deal with it because I don't want to change to any other Dr. The only complaint I do have is parking and waiting a little too long. I do feel that appts would be better to go by, and give 20 to 25 min to each patient, still accepting walk ins but they would have to wait to be seen, which maybe walkins can be seen on certain days at certain hours, like from 2pm till 5pm on wed and fri....other than that those two things for me do not outweigh the care I get from her..I will still come and drive all the way there to see her. I sure do wish she would come up to Bergen county too..Also Mina the woman upfront adds to the whole atmosphere because she is so sweet and so nice...like Ive stated waiting time can be a little bothersome."

"I have never been to a doctors office where you go in and wait almost 2 hours past your appointment time. I made an appointment for a referral that I needed. I got there on time, parked on a meter and had to leave because I got sick and tired of waiting to be seen. If you are the only doctor dont schedule so many appointments at a time. While I was there other people were complaining about the same thing. Never going back again."

Totally mistreated my family and didn’t even care to understand the issues with what was going on. Made us wait forever to get into office and then blamed us for being upset.
