"I posted about 2 years ago when I had my spinal cord stimulator put in. I was 19yrs old when I was in a horrible car accident. My life literally flipped upside down overnight. This was 1997 so treatments were much different. When I came to Dr Ragukonis I had no hope that anything would change. I don’t say this often but I a am a miracle. I was a very difficult patient who was heavily addicted to opiates. I had 13 surgeries already before I even saw Dr Ragukonis so not only did I have zero faith in doctors. "Dr Ragukonis is a true professional at his job . To start with his staff is very courteous and professional never wait too long in the office. I am currently being treated by him and Dr. Cole. They are really trying to help me. I have great faith in him to get me through this difficult time.I was referred to his practice after a failed procedure some where else .By the way he was able to remedy something that two other doctors could not . I truly believe that they will correct my issues"

"Warning do NOT go to this butcher. Wish I reviewed Dr Tom before I sent my elderly mother there. He was rude, very nasty and uncaring. Only wanted to do surgical procedure and then I looked him up and saw he has MANY lawsuits and medical malpractice complaints."

I made an appointment and took a 1/2 day to see the doctor, and I didn’t even make it into the room for 2 reasons: 1: The people in the office, having taken all of my insurance info on the phone a week prior, neglected to tell me that they are out of network. 2: I have a concussion, and you can hear Fox News BLARING from the atrium."
