"Rough Handling/Bad Attitude I was told I needed further images (but not told WHY) I called for another appointment... the receptionist said; "You Called Back for a 2nd Appointment??? AMAZING!" Having just read the other reviews, I now understand her AMAZEMENT :-/ e-gad"

"customer service needs mandatory improvement. the receptionist there extremely rude, argues back with patients and actually hangs up during phone call, i know she did it to me and i saw it happening to others. i have tried contacting management or owner but there's no information provided.Also she took it upon herself to contact my emergency contact and disclose private information, leading them to anxiety and concerns. she extremely rude and i will not recommend this office to anyone i know. if i have to drive across country for a MRI, mammogram etc I much rather do that, than to ever set foot place at alpha diagnostics ever again. There is no compassion what so ever... if i can rate it a negative 0 i would....."

"Wish I could give it a minus rating. Beautiful waiting area - but that's it. Waited 2 hours with no one in front of me. Finally called in for a contrast dye cat scan. Floor was covered with dried up clear stains of something. Small table covered with ripped open wrappers from bandaids and alcohol swabs. Then, after another 15 minutes wait for a nurse to come in to give me the IV while I was laying on the slab that was to take me through the machine, she tried with no success 4 or 5 times in each arm to get the IV in. Finally, she left to get a different nurse who she asked if she wanted to try. Mind you, I've had many IV'S before with no one having a problem. Finally, she said she got it, and left the room. The young guy who was to operate the machine asked me to raise my arms over my head. And, OUT POPPED THE IV! I have a daughter who is an RN and a son who is a surgical tech. They both said they never heard of such a thing. The final outcome was they gave up and asked me to re-schedule. Today I picked up all the paperwork they had on me -all of which they had a hard time finding. I can only urge anyone NOT to even think about going there."
