The gentleman I spoke with was very informative and took the time to go over a plan for removal and why. It’s really nice to see people go out of their way especially when it’s to no benefit to them. "I approached this store as a more professional alternative to the big box stores and found this to be a great mistake. The story and details aside I could not imagine being able to do business like this and surviving . I only wish I had never gone there and experienced the back log on my project, the lack of corrective measures and the embarrassment I experienced with my customer."

"Several orders, not one correct. Had to call several times on each to finally get what was missing. One order, the home owner actually had to go pick up missing item. This was after being told 5 times someone was delivering it. Last order was also short items which were required to start job. After waiting 2 weeks, told them to pick up materials. Has been two weeks now waiting on refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. NEVER HAVE EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS."
