Switches in ceiling fans jam, plumbing fixtures losen up, lightbulbs don't last as long as they say they will and quality of wood? Warped like a pretzel. Doors? Be careful not to touch the surface of the metal doors. They dent like foil they're so thin."
"Yea they have everything you want, buy service has gone down the drain. Staff won't even look at you when they pass you because they don't want you to ask them any questions. It's not like it used to be. Go into Long Island hardware if possible on Vets hwy. Bohemia you can't take 5 steps without someone asking to help you. And they actually know what they're talking about."
