"Made an online purchase and this was the only store that had what I needed. The store is clean and the employees were robotic but semi helpful. The box that the $1700 monitor that I was buying was damaged so I asked for another one as if I got home, opened it and found the device damaged, they would have charged me a restocking fee to return it. I would never rely on BB employee for recommendations or product information because they just don't know, will steer you to merchandise that corporate needs to move and will push the upsell. It's a great store if you know exactly what you want and they have it in stock."

"I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at Best Buy because my iPhone was cutting off at different times. When I got to the service desk for my appointment. I was greeted by a very nice representative in which checked me in. He explained that my phone was going to be put through a diagnostic check.A short time later, he returned and told me what was wrong with my phone ( new battery and speaker needed). I agreed for my phone to be serviced the next day. Upon arrival, I handed the Geek Squad representative my phone and he instructed me to return at 3 pm. I returned and my iPhone is working good as new."

"Horrible customer service. Do not go here. The Sales associate, Colin in the computer department, was very rude and unprofessional. He forcibly took my credit card out of my hand and swiped it for me. I asked for an AppleCare with my purchase and was unknowingly made a Best Buy total member instead. I hope that kid gets fired; I canceled both mine and my parents subscriptions because of his actions."

"Very bad store, the customer service is bad they make a new guy get my purchase I ask for a gift receipt, he is new he doesn't know what that is, I wait 15 minutes just to get someone else to help the guy helping me and surprise she doesn't know how to give me a gift receipt, they ask someone else he straight out tell them tell him to come back in 20 minutes. Really Best Buy I just spent $547.00 and you guys can't take 1 minute to print a gift receipt. Great Job!!"
