"If I could leave zero stars I would ,I visited this store today to exchange a dress that I brought from another rainbow , I didnt realize I forgot my receipt and I was told that they do not do exchanges without the reciept and it was a even exchange ,I looked around to see if there was sign that says no exchanges or returns with no reciept and there was not one sign at all . I asked the cashier when did that start because all the other rainbows exchange without receipt and she rudely replied we been started that and I advised her that they should put up a sign if that is actually true very prejudice at the store .I will keep going to the rainbow where I live at where the staff is friendly and helpful !!!"
"Cashier is rude & tried to acuse my child of stealing a backscratcher that we already have 4 of in my house. Operator # 4363bb while I was buying $70 worth of merchandise. Now you can keep it bye."
"Looking for a last minute dress for my daughter with my wife. It was 12 minutes to closing and we never had any intention of stopping in but my wife saw a dress she loved right in the window and thought she would buy it real quick. We walk in the front door and it took about 2-3 minute and no person actually comes up to us, but chose to scream from the back or the counter “we’re closed” in a rude manor. We’ll take a drive over to the mall before we step foot in that establishment again. The staff is just as cheaply made as the clothing."
