"I went into the medford store today and was greeted by christian..store manager. I was looking to upgrade an older phone and he was so helpful. Gave me options and knowledge about the newer phones. He was beyond patient and helpful. I asked so many questions and got all my answers. I purchased a new phone and he set everything up for me. The best experience ever. My husband is going back to this location tomorrow to get a new phone. Five stars. Best customer service. Thanks"

"Beware this store is operated by scam artists!! My sister went to the store to receive assistance with coming off of my family plan to go on her own plan. The worker did remove her from my plan but took advantage and added an unauthorized and non-existent line with a random phone number to my account. In speaking with corporate at&t, it was all done in deceit to gain false commission sales and racked up over $150 in charges on my bill. My sister believes this man’s name was Hassan but is unsure since this happened in February and it took a little bit of time to figure out these unauthorized charges. I recommend using Best Buy as they are accommodating, honest & you never have to worry about getting scammed because they don’t get commission. If this has happened to you, I also recommend filing a notice of dispute with AT&T as well."
"****************SCAM ALERT!!!!*************************** No Stars, Had to leave one or cant post. I went in to buy a SYM card for a replacement phone. The Scammer who worked here installed a new SYM card in the Replacement Phone I purchased on Amazon. He then asked me to make a call to test the phone , I asked him to do it as was not my Phone, this is my sons phone. ( I had no idea how to use this phone) Once he realized I was technically savvy, I was told the phone was too old and would not work on the AT&T Network. He immediately tried to sell me a new Phone !!!! I told him was not my phone and could not buy my son a phone with out his input and I left the store. When I got home my son turned the phone on it was fine, no problems. There was nothing wrong with this phone , there is something very wrong with attempting to Scam a customer into buying something they clearly don't need. I have called AT&T they will investigate but any trust is gone. Stay away from this store, they are unscrupulous and will scam you if they can."
"Absolutely incompetent sales people at this store. I went to upgrade my phone and got roped into doing a so called “free trial” with Directv. Harry told us that all we had to do was pay 15 dollars to rent the box and as long as we canceled within 2 weeks we would not be charged. I was charged for the service the very next day. My husband went to return the box and was told the manager had to do it. He went back when the manager Nyasia was there. She seemingly took care of it by returning the box and told him we were good to go nothing further needed to be done and we would get refunded the $95. Well the refund never came and were charged yet again 2 weeks later another $100+. This time I called Directv and the salesperson stated the service was never canceled and it needed to be done either by calling or through the App. Received the refund for the second charge. Then today, got charged for a 3rd time for $110. Called Directv yet again. The charge was for the box. The store never notified them that the equipment was returned and stated that the refund should have been issued by the store. Thankfully Directv is issuing another refund because of poor communication at this store. If it was laid out correctly, I never would of signed up for the service. I imagine it’s worded that way so these people can make commission off of it. If they gave actual customer service then maybe the store wouldn’t be completely dead on a Saturday afternoon."
