"I go to this 711 all the time, I always get the same things, wings, taquitos, and the nachos. I went into my car to eat before work, after taking a bite out of the wings (literally only one bite) I noticed it tasted like mold, so I look in the bag to check the rest and what do you know. Mold. I went back inside as I was still in the parking lot, to ask for a refund and to show them (I NEVER do this) but to think they'd care even a little bit about their wings that are encased with all the other food, having mold. First off he didn't even check it, second off he tried to explain to me how the chicken sometimes looks like that, I've gotten them a million times absolutely not, I told him to please refund me just the wings I didn't even eat it and he just shook his head, again, NOT even looking at the wings. So I asked where the garbage was and left. Can't provide the photo because I threw it out and am now sitting in my car typing this. Employees are extremely rude, and not clean. Unbelievable, can't give me back like what $5? For biting into YOUR moldy food? Yeah don't get that or don't go here, your pick"
