"Rude and incompetent management at this location. You get caught in an endless loop of multiple people not knowing how to process a simple order (we were purchasing an appliance). The manager had no idea how to apply their advertised credit card discount and lied that 'store credit' cannot be used to purchase items in store if they needed to be shipped. She seemed confused, rude and unaware of store policies, while more customers gathered who were not being assisted and dismissed without being helped. Wasted close to an hour here and gave up. Drove north to the Secaucus Home Depot where an associate quickly processed our order using store credit without hassle, in/out 10 min."
