"I came from Queens NY to Jersey City Macy's,to buy a jacket available in store at this location only. Alexander Cortes from men's suit department help me to find the jacket. He check for me on 3 fitting room and in return section, without luck. Then he go on the upper floors and finally he got it for me, providing an outstanding shopping experience,taking customer satisfaction to a 5 ⭐ level at Macy's. Thank you, Alex and Happy Holidays ."
