"Dr. Ronald Palazzo is the absolute worst. My kids and I went to him a few years ago back in 2020 and there was nothing but problems. He was ALWAYS rude! He forced his religion on people who don’t believe the same as him. And the worst was when he almost killed my son! He refused to refill my son’s medication that he has been on since birth for his Chronic Kidney Disease. Due to that my son ended up in the hospital for 5 days! He was under 24/7 watch. He is an absolute horrible person who should NEVER have been given a license to begin with! DO NOT GO TO HIM! If I could give him negative stars I would!"

"Wish there was an option for 0 stars because he doesn’t even deserve one. He’s incredibly rude. Barely lets you talk. Doesn’t answer the phone AT ALL. Called a week straight and finally got an answer just for him to hang up on me. Talks to you like you’re stupid. Had a problem with my mental health years ago and he said I needed to go to church. Hands out a stupid bible book every appointment after telling him I’m not religious. I refuse it and he still pushes me to take it. Breaks HIPPA and talks about patients behind the counter with the glass open using their full names. VERY unprofessional and shouldn’t be a doctor. Rushes you in and out like he doesn’t even care. Oh and don’t even get me started on his annoying loud voice."

"The absolute worst.. in 2013 I visited with ulcerative colitis flare up. Because I was laid off and didn’t have insurance I asked him to prescribe a something other than asacol. He then wrote a prescription for asacol. The pharmacist told me it would be $400 and asked me if my doctor would write one for prednisone instead. I called TWICE and left messages with NO RESPONSE! The third time his office answered and stated. He’s not going to do that. Meanwhile prednisone is commonly given for colitis flare ups. Left untreated I eventually ended up spending 5 days in the hospital due to his incompetence. I truly believe he is in bed with the pharmaceutical companies and that’s his only concern..I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY"

"Dr. Palazzo is got to be the most rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. My boyfriend also goes there and Dr. Palazzo gives him a physical EVERYTIME he has been seen by him. And a month later sends him a letter saying he needs to come in for his yearly physical which is crazy because we both only had Dr palazzo for 6 months .. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DOCTOR HE. CHARGES YOU AND THEN YOUR INSURANCE. SO HE GETS PAID TWICE FOR HIS SERVICES whiches is wrong and should be illegal . so watch what your being billing for. Because you will get a bill in the mail too.i dont know how this doctor still has patient's. ITS SO SAD THAT DR. PALAZZO IS THAT HARD UP. TO CHARGE PATIENTS TWICE FOR BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES"

"Staff and the Doctor is very rude! Spoke to Dr. Ronald Palazzo regarding some forms i needed to completed and he took his sweet time! Whenever i called for update i got a rude response. For example " Please stop calling we will get your forms completed when we get a chance". I need those form urgently and they paid no respect to that. Get it together!"
