"We had an appointment for our 2 year old for blood work and we were anxious about the appointment. The turn out was much worse than we could have ever expected. The worker who brought us back did not appear to know what she was doing right away. Our toddler was sitting still for the worker and they could not find her vein and were wiggling the needle around in our toddler’s arm. At this point the worker realized they could not perform the blood draw, another worker came in. The second worker put a bandage over the bleeding arm where the first attempt was and moved over to the other arm. This time the worker went right through the vein of our child. We only allowed the second attempt of the blood draw since it seemed like the worker who came into the room seemed to know what they were doing. When we told the two workers we were done and leaving, the second worker lied right to our faces. They tried to have us come to a different room to try again, we said no since she was already poked in the other arm. The worker said “I didn’t know they already tried on this arm”. They 100% knew they tried on the other arm. It was the same person who put the bandage on the bleeding arm not even 5 minutes earlier. ANYONE WITH SMALL CHILDREN STAY AWAY."
