"The worst around. Waited 2 months with no updates. After 2 months, they nonchalantly told me "oh, yeah, your insurance didn't cover it". Then they hung the phone up."
"Had an appointment for a MRI on my prostate,had to re-schedule, I was told 4 Times that the system was down, missed the original appointment, they never called to reschedule, while I was in the hospital for another procedure my doctors office called and wanted to know what was going on, explained it to the doctors office still no response from either. I don't need to deal with incompetence at this level there is enough going on around me, without this."
"I got to my appointment and they told me I had no appointment that day. I never have mixed up an appointment and are very careful being on time, etc. They tried to look me up on the system, couldn't find me. Then when they did find me. That said my appointment was yesterday and would not admit it was their fault. Blamed me for showing up on the wrong day when it wasn't my fault. So I rescheduled. The only time they could fit me in was a week later. A week! Thank God I didn't have anything life threatening or was in great pain. Then when i showed up, i was told the tech had to put the IV on an angel because had strangely angled veins. Thanks for the insult. Hmm...never was a problem any where else. Then had to hear the tech shout it down the hall to the 2nd tech that did the imaging. By the way..its been three weeks, and still my arm is bruised. Never happened anywhere else. Then at the end of the scan, was told to go next store and the results will be explained to me. Went next store to urology dept... again couldn't find me in the system. Asked if i could give a urin sample, they couldnt find my name again. Finally found me in the computer, oh, come to find out I didn't need a urine sample and the would call for my results. They never called me back. Called great lakes to get results, they gave me number of physician...called number,got a message that the number is out of service but I could save $$ on car insurance. Looked up the physician number, called and couldn't get a person...had to leave number and message. Still haven't heard from wny urology. Ugh. Very unhappy."
