I have been calling every day for two weeks in order for someone to get back to me in regards to a painful and extremely swollen finger and thumb the beginning of the third week I get a phone call back and I was asked by the receptionist what can they do?. I told him I would like to have an x-ray and a blood work ruling out certain And someone will call me back later two days ago and I get a phone The doctor wants to see me, but the only available time in a month. Then I explained I already no longer have any symptoms and the appointment a month later would be completely Redundant, The receptionist kept shouting over me that she’s going to tell the doctor that I do not want the appointment while I That I would like Her to also listen to what I want to have done. She kept shouting over me, and talking condescending…. You might end up dead before anybody would take a look at whatever your issue is. This is just another awful place where it seems Everyone who failed in Customer service Or the medical field comes to practice."

"Dr. Trock is great. The office staff is horrible. I can’t get a callback and they are rude. I have been trying for a week to get a Rx filled and now I am out and calling the office daily and still can’t get the script called in and Mary didn’t like me raising my voice about this serious matter so she hung up on me. This office has been horrible for years and I have dealt with it. Time to look for a new Dr. This group should be embarrassed by the lack of care they provide."
